RMA Information
We have an RMA replacement program in order to serve our clients the best way possible. All parts are covered under our 1 year product warranty. If you have problems with any machine or parts, you can request an RMA in order to return the defective item and have it replaced. We cover the shipping costs required for you to return the item. Manufacturer Warranty
All major computer components are also covered by manufacturer warranties. If you have any questions on a particular part and it's manufacturer warranty, please email sales@elfbox.com .
